excellent hotel in a superb location

modern style rooftop pool efficient air conditioning

the hotel was very clean and modern. the rooftop pool and bar offered amazing views of the city. my room was cleaned every day and the air conditioning worked efficiently, essential during the summer. the bed had super clean sheets and towels.

the hotel is very central, only a few steps from the main tourist street. a subway station is very close, and travel from the hotel is easy. this location allowed quick access to key attractions.

poor insulation pool towels

The lack of in-room coffee was certainly a CHOICE. I expected better sound insulation and could hear everything. Paying extra for pool towels seemed a little cheap for what they charge. I think free towels are a basic courtesy, aren't they?

thin walls broken items

My experience was disappointing. The walls seemed paper-thin. I heard EVERYTHING. No sound insulation exists, so noises from other rooms and the hallway echoed loudly. Some items in the room were broken. i don't understand why such a pricey hotel can't provide some basic maintenance.

rooftop bar refreshing pool unique decor

The rooftop bar was a real highlight!!! The pool offered a super refreshing escape after exploring. I REALLY enjoyed the unique decor features, especially the sand beach floor in the bathroom. It was so unexpected and fun. The location is perfect. Everything is within walking distance.

The AC did not go down to my preferred temperature.

perfect location rooftop pool

the location impressed me. It allowed easy access to key attractions. The rooftop pool was a delight. I appreciated the supermarket across the street. I also found a wide array of restaurants within a short walk.

the front desk seemed a little slow initially. hopefully, they can improve their record-keeping processes.
